Registration & payment
A seat is confirmed once payment is received or a scholarship is approved. Seats are limited and issued in the order registrations are confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund. Within 14 days, your seat may be transferred to another student.
Kitchen safety
Students must follow all safety instructions, wear closed-toe non-slip shoes, and disclose allergies in advance. Organizers may end participation for unsafe conduct.
Certificates
Certificates of completion are awarded to students who attend both days and complete the final practical assessment.
Photography
Photos and video may be taken during the workshop for promotional use. Let us know in writing if you prefer not to be photographed.
