About the workshop

We don't teach recipes. We teach the fundamentals behind every recipe.

Most cooking classes hand you a recipe and walk you through it once. This workshop is built like a culinary school module: you learn the underlying craft — safety, tools, knife work, heat, seasoning and planning — so you can walk into any kitchen and cook without instructions.
